When you are gauging who to put on your prospect tracker and who to invite to events and challenges, make sure you look at culture at least as much as you look at production.

Focusing on just production is a sure way to end up with a company full of people who only care about money and when the next “big commission plan” comes out you will lose everyone.

Go down the notes section of your prospect tracker and rate everyone on it on a scale of 1-5. 1 being not a good fit culturally and five being a perfect fit. Then get an average.

As you add people to your prospect tracker try to keep the average around 4. it cannot be all culture and it cannot be all production.
