There is no such thing as the perfect agent, the perfect time to recruit, the perfect anything. The truth is that it’s all wrong. Your job is too complicated to wait for everything to align to get rolling. If you wait for that it will never happen and you will fail in your recruiting.
Pick one agent that you have reached out to that has not responded and send them a text that says “Hey __, I was just looking through some of my notes and saw your name and wanted to make sure I invited you to the upcoming __challenge or event__. I sent you an email with this information but I know it will help you so I wanted to make sure you knew I would love for you to benefit from this _event – challenge_. Here is the link let me know if you have any questions I can answer!”
Look at your prospect tracker and make a note of how many people on it truly “know” you. How many of them have had interactions with you that created a real connection and not just a manager trying to recruit an agent.
Strategize how to connect more with the ones that do not know you already for sure but the key this week is to reach out to the recruits who truly know you.
