This week’s BA is essential to your recruiting success over time.

You are not going to love every part of recruiting. You are not going to hate every part either. The key is to have a good enough system that it allows you to do more of what you’re passionate about so you can get the results that you love! Go back and review your Prospect Tracker for the past 30 days and look at what you accomplished both from a “I liked doing that” and from a “I needed to it and I got it done” stand point. Which did you do more of?
