This week’s BA is essential to your recruiting success over time.
As the book says “you are the sum total of the 5 people you spend the most time with”. If recruiting is a priority then you need to spend time with someone who is a great recruiter. Make sure your coaching calls are set up. Make sure you are connected with a manager through the Private MMG and talk with them on a monthly basis just to get insight from someone else going through what you are going through.
