This week’s BA is essential to your recruiting success over time.
If you are a small company or small office you can still get huge results by getting everyone bought in. That does not mean they need to add tons of work to what they are doing. It means small contributions consistently create huge long term growth. So have an informal meeting weekly with at least one member of your staff and let them know how they can help you recruit.
